Dear Medical Scientific Community, 

The International Journal of Medical Students (IJMS) invites applications for its 2025 Editorial Team! This is your chance to join the most significant global platform for medical student research and make an impact on the future of academic medicine.

Open Positions:

  1. Student Editors

    • Requirements: Students with publications indexed in PubMed.
    • Role: You will review 2–3 articles per month, ensuring the quality and rigor of our journal.

  2. Junior Student Editors

    • Requirements: Medical students without prior publications but with a strong interest in learning the editorial and peer-review process.
    • Role: Gatekeepers of the journal's quality, trained in peer reviews and ethics in publication.

  3. Associate Editors

    • Requirements: Students or early-career physicians with an h-index of 5+ and a proven track record within IJMS.
    • Role: Managing manuscripts, mentoring junior editors, and contributing to the journal’s strategic growth.

What We Offer:

  • Training in peer reviews, ethics in publication, and the editorial process.
  • Opportunities to participate in research projects and initiatives such as organizing the World Conference of Medical Student Research (WCMSR).
  • Certification: Upon completing one year of service, you will receive a certificate recognizing your contribution to IJMS.
